Delivery
Louis Copeland & Sons provides free delivery for all orders within Ireland. For all our international customers, we charge a flat rate fee as follows:
UK            Free shipping   
EU                        EUR 10
Rest of Europe     EUR 10
Rest of World       EUR 15



Despatch
We despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.

Delivery
We use Fastway Couriers for all deliveries within Ireland. Fastway Couriers is an Irish company which has been in business since 1983. Louis Copeland & Sons have been using Fastway for a number of years for our special delivery to our valued customers.  To learn more about their services and standards, you are welcome to visit their website at www.fastway.ie

Where we use a courier company, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at home when your purchases are being delivered, the Fastway courier will leave you a calling card with their customer services telephone number. You can then contact Fastway and arrange a delivery time more suitable to you. Of course we can always deliver directly to your office; providing the address is valid and you are there to sign the proof of delivery, we can deliver your purchases to wherever it suits you. Simply enter the relevant delivery details when completing your online purchases.

For all our international deliveries, we use our national postal service An Post. Please visit the An Post website at www.anpost.ie


Delivery Destinations
EU and Europe - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom; Andorra, Norway and Switzerland.

Rest of World - Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, United States of America.

Please note that if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, local import duties and sales taxes may be payable by you on receipt of your delivery. These charges vary by country, as the local government of the country in question is responsible for these.



Delivery Times
Delivery times will normally be up to 2 days for delivery to Republic of Ireland and up to 7 days for all other countries.

Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our courier service. Therefore, all orders placed from midday Thursday or from Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday. Anything ordered from midday Friday up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.



Delivery Tracking:
Once we have despatched your order, an email confirming stating your Order Tracking Number will be sent to the email address you provided. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of either Fastway or An Post, depending on whether your destination is Ireland or international.

Using this Order Tracking Number, you can track your order following the instructions below.



Track My Order:

  1. Click on the Track My Order link, located at the bottom of our website under the  under MY ORDER tab.
  2. Click on either the Fastway link or the An Post link, again depending on whether your destination is Ireland or international. These links will take you directly to the Fastway Couriers Track and Trace webpage or to the An Post Track & Trace webpage.
  3. On the Fastway Couriers webpage, enter your Order Confirmation Order in the LABEL NUMBER field and click Trace.
  4. On the An Post webpage, enter your Order Confirmation number in the BARCODE NUMBER field and press return.



Incomplete Delivery
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.

However, should an item you ordered be missing from your delivery, please accept our apologies and contact us using either of the following methods:
