Gift Vouchers

What you need to know:
Louis Copeland wishes to make shopping with us as straightforward as possible. It is, however, not always easy to find the perfect gift for friends or family, so we also offer a Gift Voucher  for use in our stores. Our Gift Vouchers  can be purchased for any value up to €1000 . Simply choose the Gift Voucher value you would like, enter the recipients details and your payment details, and we will take care of the rest.

If you wish to purchase more than one Gift Voucher, you will need to treat each Gift Voucher purchase as a separate transaction.

Our Gift Vouchers come gift-wrapped in our signature Louis Copeland & Sons presentation box and like all your purchases on our website, delivery of Gift Vouchers is free of charge. 

What the recipient needs to know:
Our Louis Copeland Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in any of our Louis Copeland & Sons stores – please see our Store Locations page for a list of our addresses, opening hours and an example of clothing ranges available in each store. Please note these Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in our Gant or Hugo Boss stores.

At this time, our Gift Vouchers are not redeemable on our website.

Should the total cost of a purchase exceed the value of the Gift Voucher, the price difference can be paid using an alternative form of payment.

Should the total cost of a purchase not exceed the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance is stored on your Gift Voucher and can be used for another purchase at a later date. The remaining balance cannot be returned to you in the form of cash.

Our Gift Vouchers have no expiry date. They can be used until the entire value of the Voucher has been redeemed. Unfortunately, you cannot top-up old Gift Vouchers; a new Gift Voucher must be purchased.

Louis Copeland Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers may not be used to discharge indebtedness on any account issued by Louis Copeland & Sons Limited.
