Chris Noth filming new series in Dublin
10 November

Actor Chris Noth (Law & Order and Sex And The City) is a man of style. The actor is coming back to Dublin to film the TV series Titanic: Blood and Steel, which is due to air next spring, on the Titanic's 100 year aniversary. We first met Chris back in 1995 when he bought a navy sports jacket from our own clothing line. We wish Chris the best of luck and success with the role.

Independent TD Luke 'Ming' Flanagan wore a three piece Louis Copeland suit to the Dail yesterday. The suit was made from hemp on the request of Mr.Flanagan to highlight the 10 year anniversary of his campaign to legalize cannabis in Ireland. It was the first time we used this material for a suit, which has a feel similar to linen.
Dubs star Brogan dressed for the White House

BERNARD BROGAN will be well suited and booted flying out to Washington DC today after being kitted out by Louis Copeland, courtesy of the renowned Dublin tailor and the GPA.
While the absence of All-Ireland-winning football captain Graham Canty from the White House guest list on St Patrick’s Day continues to cause disgruntlement in Cork, Brogan will later board a flight with Tipperary’s 2010 victorious captain Eoin Kelly to meet US President Barack Obama at Pennsylvania Avenue’s most famous address on Thursday.
"Yeah, Louis has sorted us out with a nice bit of glad rags for the day," said Brogan. You have to be looking well if you’re going over to the White House! In fairness to himself and the GPA, they have sorted me out with a suit and a nice pair of shoes so I can’t complain."
Along with Kelly, Brogan will present his county jersey to President Obama as well as some GAA memorabilia.
However, the St Oliver St Plunkett’s Eoghan Ruadh man believed somebody was pulling his leg when he was first notified about the invitation.
"I got a call from the US Embassy but I thought it was a joke at first. I didn’t say anything about it for a while until a letter from the president and Mrs Obama came into my house the following week. I couldn’t believe it.
