We only cater for men, however our associate store Gant in Dundrum has a superb selection of Ladies wear. Currently, we only have our menswear collection available online - but are working to add our Womenswear collection. We will keep you informed of any developments.

We’ve been told it’s because no matter who you are, everyone gets the exact same level of high quality service combined with our well-liked down to earth approach.
Am I better off going to you for special occasions rather than getting a day-to-day suit?
We can fit you for all occasions, whether it’s your first suit, casual suit, a business suit, or a special occasion suit. Or indeed a ‘multifunctional suit’ i.e., a suit for all occasions.
Do you stock or make First Holy Communion Suits?
We do indeed. These days there is as much focus on the boys as on the girls for their First Holy Communion day. Parents tell us that it is more difficult to shop for boys than for girls as there is not as much choice.
At Louis Copeland’s Capel Street, we pride ourselves on making made-to-measure suits. We have been making Boys Communion suits for the last 50 years.
We put as much emphasis (if not more) on a child’s suit, than a man’s suit. We understand just how important it is to the parents. We realise, of course, that it is equally just as important to the boy‘s, to look sharp for their Big Day.
Because children grow so quickly, it’s important that we see the child approximately 8 weeks prior to the big day. The first visit is to choose a cloth and to take measurements. The second visit, about four weeks later, is for the first fitting - this allows for the child’s growth. The Final fitting takes place one week prior to the actual event. This is where final adjustments, if any, are made.
Our selection of cloths is vast. So, whatever you are looking for; be it a Linen suit or something in plains or stripes, or patterned with classic or fancy linings, look no further than your tailor here at Louis Copelands.
We also have a range of plain boys shirts available, and we can resize any of our handmade silk ties, to boys sizes.
