We aim to dispatch all orders the same day with next day delivery in Ireland and 48 hours to the UK. Orders before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm and overnight are dispatched the following day. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or full refund for the item or complete order.

We use AnPost for deliveries domestic and international.
A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at home when your purchases are being delivered, the the courier will leave you a calling card with instructions to where to collect your parcel. This is usually your local sorting depot.

Taxes & Duties
Please note that if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, local import duties and sales taxes may be payable by you on receipt of your delivery. These charges vary by country, as the local government of the country in question is responsible for these.
Delivery times are usually next day for delivery to Republic of Ireland, 48 hours for the UK and 7-10 working days for all other countries once the item has left our warehouse.
Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our postal carriers. Therefore, all orders placed from midday Thursday or from Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday. Anything ordered from midday Friday up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a dispatch notification stating your order tracking number, this will be sent to the email address you provided. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our carrier.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you and should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.

To return an item to us with An Post then visit http://www.returnmyshopping.ie - no account is required.
Follow the simple instructions to print out your free returns label and then drop into any An Post office to return your item to us free of charge. There is a facility to have your returns collected direct from your home or work address by An Post courier in Dublin only. Using this service carries a charge of 5.95 euro payable direct to An Post when booking your return.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are happy to accept items returned to us within 14-days of receipt of your order. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after the 14-day period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Louis Copeland & Sons Limited, and may only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. Please understand that, just to be fair about it, items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly sale-able condition. Louis Copeland & Sons Limited reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'.
When returning a product
We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging and use the same packaging for the return. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary. We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error. We will inspect all items returned to us as 'faulty', and any items deemed to be subject to fair ‘wear and tear’ will not be accepted as 'faulty'. Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use a reputable courier service or choose the registered post option.
