Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if ordered before 8 am, orders placed after 8 am are dispatched the following day. During sale times, delivery time frames can be delayed, tracking numbers are emailed when the order is dispatched. Next-day delivery is standard for orders shipping in Ireland but only applies when orders are fulfilled on the system. If you have an urgent order please contact us.

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or full refund for the item or complete order.

Taxes & Duties

Please note that if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, local import duties and sales taxes may be payable by you on receipt of your delivery. These charges vary by country, as the local government of the country in question is responsible for these.

Orders to the U.S.A.

All online orders with Louis Copeland & Sons include tracked shipping worldwide. Your order will be delivered to your door with customs & duties paid.

You will not be charged any surprise fees to receive your order.

Your order should be delivered to your door with customs & duties paid, so if you are issued with an unexpected customs charge, please get in touch at with all the details of the charge and we will work to amend this for you.

Delivery Tracker

Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a dispatch notification stating your order tracking number, this will be sent to the email address you provided. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our carrier.

Using this order tracking number, you can track your order from the DPD website

Incomplete Delivery

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you and should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.
